By booking an appointment with Bee Nail Bar, you are agreeing to these policies.


cancellations/No shows

Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations. This can be done via the link in your confirmation text or by contacting me at 612-460-7752. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, as well as no shows, will forfeit any deposits paid and will require a new deposit to rebook. If no deposit was paid at the time of booking, then the card on file will be charged for 25% of the total for services booked.

lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period to show up for your scheduled appointment time. At the 10-minute mark, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file.

As much as I would like to be flexible for appointment times, it is unfair to appointments scheduled after you to accommodate your lateness and cutting into your scheduled time will affect the quality of your service.

deposits

If a deposit is required to book your reservation, it is non-refundable and will be used toward your service total. Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, no shows, or lateness beyond the grace period will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.

refunds

There will be no refunds given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within five days and I am happy to work with you to remedy the issue.

payment methods

I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo. I do not accept Paypal or Cashapp. Please note, I do not carry change, so any cash payments must be exact.
